Better than garlic bread, rolls, or breadsticks! These keto garlic knots are the perfect cheesy garlic appetizer for anyone on a low carb or gluten free diet.

INGREDIENTS:


6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese (roughly 1 1/2 cups)
3 ounces blanched almond flour (roughly 3/4 cup)
2 ounces cream cheese (4 tablespoons)
1 large egg
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
vegetable oil spray
Toppings:
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon finely grated parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:


• Preheat the oven to 375 F. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

• In a large heatproof bowl, combine all dry ingredients (almond flour, garlic, oregano, baking powder, salt) until well-mixed.

• Add mozzarella cheese and cream cheese to the same bowl. Microwave for 45 seconds, stir, and microwave for another 45 seconds or until the cheese is melted. Stir until the mixture forms a smooth dough.
